Additionally, we use professional moving services to ensure your piano is transported safely and securely to its new location. Piano Tuning
Getting your piano tuned once a year is essential for maintaining its optimal sound quality and performance. Over time, changes in temperature and humidity can cause the strings to stretch and the piano to go out of tune. Regular tuning helps ensure that each note remains true to its intended pitch, providing a consistently pleasing and accurate sound. Additionally, annual tuning can help identify and address minor issues before they become more significant problems, preserving the longevity of the instrument and enhancing your overall playing experience.
When you purchase a piano from Silicon Valley Piano, you will receive one complimentary tuning within your first year of ownership. When you are ready, we will connect you with our store tuner and they will come and service your piano. Although no complimentary tuning is provided for piano rentals, we do encourage you get your piano tuned once a year. Contact us and we will connect you with our tuner to keep your piano in it's best shape. Any piano rented from us, and subsequently use our tuner, can get their piano tuned for a discounted rate of $150.
Piano Moving
Using professional piano movers rather than attempting to move the instrument yourself is crucial for safeguarding both the piano and your home. Moving your purchased or rented piano to it's new home is part of your purchase or rented contract. With a rented piano, a round-trip cost is attributed.
